The inaugural edition, taking place on 7\u20138 August 2026, is presented in collaboration with Blue Elephant Phuket<\/a>, one of Thailand\u2019s most celebrated culinary institutions and a global ambassador of Heritage Thai cuisine. The event welcomes Master Chef Nooror Somany Steppe<\/strong>, Master<\/strong> Chef and Founder of Blue Elephant<\/strong>, who joins Chef Tipa-Tipaporn Phianthong and Chef Kai-Worapong Paenchoo of Saffron<\/strong> to create a specially curated five-course menu inspired by Thailand\u2019s exceptional seasonal produce and rich regional culinary traditions.<\/p>\n

More than a guest chef collaboration, Table of Legends<\/a> is envisioned as an ongoing culinary platform celebrating Thailand\u2019s agricultural abundance, indigenous ingredients and diverse gastronomic traditions. Each edition will feature distinguished chefs and renowned restaurants, offering guests a rare opportunity to experience Thai cuisine through unique creative collaborations while supporting local producers and preserving Thailand\u2019s culinary legacy.<\/p>\n
