Beneath Tambu\u2019s Mughal-inspired tented palace, culinary stars Chef Saurabh Sachdeva of Tambu, Chef Tammasak \u201cNoi\u201d Chootong of Suay, Chef Sujira \u201cAom\u201d Pongmorn of Khaan, and Chef Haikal Johari of Avant united Bangkok and Phuket\u2019s finest flavours in a one-night-only showcase.<\/p>\n

The evening began with a crafted welcome drink by guest mixologist John Villaneuva of Mr\u2019s B Bar & Table, setting the tone for the night. The tasting menu followed with standout creations including Chef Haikal\u2019s Amaebi <\/i><\/em>\u2013 ume, uni and smoked cream; Chef Saurabh\u2019s charcoal-grilled lamb Burrah with Mathania chilli; Chef Noi\u2019s Andaman crab taco topped with salmon caviar; and Chef Aom\u2019s whimsical \u201cForget Husband Sticky Rice.\u201d Each dish reflected the chef\u2019s signature style, drawing praise from a delighted crowd of gastronomes.<\/p>\n
