\"The<\/a>Mui Ne, Vietnam, June 5, 2025 \/ TRAVELINDEX \/ The Anam Mui Ne, an Indochine-era inspired resort in Vietnam\u2019s popular beach town Mui Ne, has provided three safe and stable houses to families facing hardship in the local area.<\/p>\n

In a meaningful initiative to support disadvantaged families, the resort, in collaboration with the People\u2019s Committee of Thuan Hoa Commune, has donated the charity homes built in Thuan Hoa Commune, Ham Thuan Bac District, Binh Thuan Province.<\/p>\n

Established by The Anam Group\u2019s founder and chairman Mr. Pham Van Hien, The Anam Foundation funded the project, valued at 240 million VND, that broke ground in mid-March 2025. The secure houses, that each cost 80,000,000 VND to build, were officially completed and handed over to the three families on April 24, 2025.<\/p>\n

One family, made up of two spouses with disabilities and their small child, previously had a dilapidated house they were unable to repair or renovate. A farmer family of two spouses and their three children also had an old and degraded house with no economic capacity to rebuild it. The other family, of two spouses and their two children, had a temporary house built from old corrugated iron sheets without a toilet.<\/p>\n

Each family now has a solid house to call home made of cement rendered brick, fronted by a shaded and tiled concrete terrace, with a separate living space, bedroom, toilet and shower.<\/p>\n

\u201cShelter is such an important fundamental, and it was so rewarding to speak with the families about how much of a profound change these homes have made to their lives,\u201d said Mr Hien. \u201cA home is more than a roof over your head \u2013 it\u2019s where you and your family have a sense of belonging and it\u2019s crucial home affords security and comfort.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Anam Foundation embodies Mr Hien\u2019s vision of creating lasting, positive change in the communities surrounding The Anam\u2019s luxury resorts in Vietnam. More than philanthropy, the foundation serves as a bridge between sustainable tourism and grassroots development, ensuring that the prosperity of The Anam extends to the local people, environment, and culture.<\/p>\n

About <\/strong>The Anam Group\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

After the auspicious debut of The Anam Cam Ranh in 2017, the independently owned and operated The Anam Group celebrated the grand opening of its second property, The Anam Mui Ne, in January 2023, and multipurpose convention centre Axi Plaza in Cam Ranh in April, 2024.<\/p>\n
